ROOM USE, ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is no entitlement to the use of certain rooms. Room requests are taken into account, but cannot always be realized.<\/p>\n

Booked rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Arrival on Fridays can only be arranged by telephone on +497623-72150<\/p>\n

The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

OPENING HOURS RESTAURANT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hot meals from 11.30 am – 2.00 pm and 5.30 pm – 9.30 pm, Sundays and public holidays until 9.00 pm<\/p>\n

Our restaurant is closed on Fridays.<\/p>\n

On this day, there is no half-board or booked menus in connection with an arrangement. The amount for services not rendered will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND DEADLINES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations are binding for both parties.<\/p>\n

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.<\/p>\n

Cancellations are subject to the following compensation:<\/p>\n

* Cancellation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival
* Cancellation from 1 day before arrival 80%
* No-show 80% of the booking amount
Separate cancellation conditions apply during the trade fair:<\/p>\n

* Cancellation free of charge up to 28 days before arrival
* Cancellation 28 to 15 days before arrival 60%
* Cancellation from 14 days before arrival 80%
* No-show 80% of the booking amount
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n
