ROOM USE, ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE

There is no entitlement to the use of certain rooms. Room requests are taken into account, but cannot always be realized.

Booked rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Arrival on Fridays can only be arranged by telephone on +497623-72150

The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

OPENING HOURS RESTAURANT

Hot meals from 11.30 am – 2.00 pm and 5.30 pm – 9.30 pm, Sundays and public holidays until 9.00 pm

Our restaurant is closed on Fridays.

On this day, there is no half-board or booked menus in connection with an arrangement. The amount for services not rendered will be reimbursed.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND DEADLINES

Reservations are binding for both parties.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Cancellations are subject to the following compensation:

* Cancellation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival
* Cancellation from 1 day before arrival 80%
* No-show 80% of the booking amount
Separate cancellation conditions apply during the trade fair:

* Cancellation free of charge up to 28 days before arrival
* Cancellation 28 to 15 days before arrival 60%
* Cancellation from 14 days before arrival 80%
* No-show 80% of the booking amount
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Terms of payment

* We accept payments in cash, EC, VISA or Mastercard and American Express

* Costs will only be accepted with written confirmation from the company and transfer of the accounts receivable invoice to one of our accounts within 10 days.
